Sound... Breath... Spirit!

Sound... Breath... Spirit!  is a full day, transformative experience hosted at a cozy beach side venue in  beautiful Seaforth, NS (40 min. from downtown Halifax). With the ocean as a partner offering limitless support, we'll deep dive into our emotions and use sound and breathwork to dissolve what is ready to go and transmute and integrate what is ready to shift. We will welcome  each other in opening greetings and intention setting and then move  fully into each powerful component, intuitively and expertly guided and fully  supportive of each individuals' personal journey. Each component will be  approximately 90 minutes in length and the entire day will include meditation, visualization, intention setting, discussion, deep breath work, toning and a glorious gong bath that will bathe each participant in pure Cosmic frequencies, delivered to us by a symphony of Planet Gongs, singing bowls, etc.

* Tea and light snacks will be provided but you are responsible for bringing your own lunch and beverages. There is a microwave available

* Lunch will be approx. 1 hr

* Remember to bring along a yoga / camping mat, blanket(s), pillow, eye mask, journal, crystals, totems and anything else you would like charged by the event.

* Keep the air clear. Please no fragrances or incense

* The hall is on the beach and it's April so do dress accordingly
